Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Timing

The Promotion starts at 08:00 AM (UK time) on 15 June 2026 and closes at 6.00PM (UK time) on 20 July 2026 for SMS and Online entries. Postal entries must be received by 11.59PM (UK Time) on 23 July 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.

Send a postcard or envelope with your full name, email address and contact number to COMP1, Po Box 3190, Colchester, CO2 8GP during the Promotion Period.

Postal entries are free of charge except for the costs of postage. Where an entrant submits multiple entries within a single postcard or envelope, only one entry will be entered into the Promotion.

Entry limits during the Promotion Period

Each participant can enter the Promotion up to the following limits:

You can spend up to a maximum of £40 (forty pounds) on paid text message/SMS entries (including Boost Offers) during the Promotion Period. You may also qualify for "Additional Entries At No Extra Cost" as detailed in Clause 7.

Online entries:

You can enter up to a maximum of 100 (one hundred) times Online.

Post entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) times.

Please note these important limits:

Monthly Cap: A statutory combined limit of £240 (two hundred and forty pounds) per month applies to all phone-paid services on your account.

Rejections: If you reach this combined limit across multiple promotions, any further SMS entry attempts will be rejected but you may still be charged by your network provider.

Additional Entry At No Extra Cost

If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message).
If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost.
It is your responsibility to ensure that if you choose to accept the offer, the subsequent SMS message is sent within the Promotion Period; otherwise, the additional entry and free entry may be charged but not included in the draw.

Boost Offer

a boost of 5 additional SMS entries from the same mobile number at the premium rate of £5 (five pounds) plus your standard network rate by texting BONUS, FIVE OR BOOST to 83338 during the Promotion Period.

Winners and Prizes

There will be only 1 winner of the Promotion (the Winner(s)), who will receive the Prize(s) (as defined below). The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The Prize is £26,000 (twenty six thousand pounds) only.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.
The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize, including (for example) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize. If the winner or companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian (at their own expense). Economy flights will include luggage, luggage weight is dependent on airline and availability at time of booking. Exact travel dates, accommodation details, and itinerary are subject to confirmation by the Promoter and may be subject to change.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results).
The Promoter will notify the selected Participant that they are the Winner by email or phone or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 7 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winner needs to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 5 business days of being notified they have won. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.
If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted within a 5 business day window or (ii) refuses or is unable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period.
The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate and complete. Subject to verification, the Winner will be paid within 30 business days from providing their bank details.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter, or suspend these Specific Terms and Conditions, the Promotion, or any element of the Prize, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inability of a winner to redeem their Prize, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the Prize, travel cancellations or delays, being denied entry, detained, deported, or otherwise restricted by any immigration or border control authority for any reason, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concerns, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood, compliance with any law or governmental order, breakdown of plant and machinery, actions of third parties, or personal circumstances affecting the winner or their guest(s).

General

The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.
Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).
Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
