By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions) which incorporate and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, any terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Specific Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion on the Platform (including social media if applicable), also form part of these Terms and Conditions (the Promotional Materials). In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such Promotional Materials or General Terms and Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Timing

The Promotion starts at 4.30PM (UK time) on 1 June 2026 and closes at 4.00PM (UK time) on 12 June 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.

Entry fees and accepted payment methods are clearly displayed on the Promoter’s Websites. Please note that all payments are handled by our secure third-party provider. To complete your entry, you may need to agree to their specific terms and conditions.

Free phone entry

Call 0343 418 7260 during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions. Phone calls are charged at your standard network rate. You must have the bill payer’s permission before entering.

Phone calls received from outside of England, Wales and Scotland will not be valid; however you may still incur international charges.

Entry limits during the Promotion Period

Each participant can enter the Promotion up to the following limits:

You can spend up to a maximum of £40 (forty pounds) on paid text message/SMS entries (including Boost Offers) during the Promotion Period. You may also qualify for "Additional Entries At No Extra Cost" as detailed in paragraph 7.

Online entries:

You can enter up to a maximum of 100 (one hundred) times Online.

Free phone entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) times by calling the phone number provided.

Please note these important limits:

Monthly Cap: A statutory combined limit of £240 (two hundred and forty pounds) per month applies to all phone-paid services on your account.

Rejections: If you reach this combined limit across multiple promotions, any further SMS entry attempts will be rejected but you may still be charged by your network provider.

Additional Entry At No Extra Cost

If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message).
If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost.
It is your responsibility to ensure that if you choose to accept the offer, the subsequent SMS message is sent within the Promotion Period; otherwise, the additional entry and free entry may be charged but not included in the draw.

Boost Offer

a boost of 5 additional entries from the same mobile number at the premium rate of £5 (five pounds) plus your standard network rate by texting BONUS, FIVE OR BOOST to 83338 during the Promotion Period.

Winners and Prizes

The Promoter reserves the right, either directly or through its third-party partners, to offer promotional entry incentives or discounted entries throughout the Promotion Period. The availability of any such incentives will not affect the accessibility or prominence of the free phone entry, which remains available to all eligible entrants.
There will be only One (1) winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize(s) (as defined below). The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The Prize is a trip for two (2) adults (age 18 or over) to the FIFA World Cup England vs Panama game in New York on June 27 2026. Prize Includes;

Return economy flights from London to New York (Airport will be advised at time of booking) for the Winner and their guest (departure either 25 or 26 June 2026, returning 29 June 2026). Exact flight date/time will be selected at the Promoter’s discretion. Prize excludes all airport transfers.
Accommodation for 3 nights in New York at a four star hotel. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis. Winner and guest will be sharing a twin room or double room (subject to availability).
Two (2) category 2 tickets to England vs Panama at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on June 27 2026 (“Football Match”). Winner and guest are responsible for travel to and from the match at their own expense. Winner and/or his or her guest must not be excluded or banned from travelling to or from or attending any football matches by any relevant football or official authority anywhere or under suspicion or investigation of the same. If the Winner and/or guest is banned or under suspicion the Promoter reserves the right to re-select another Winner without notice.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize. This substitution or payment shall be the Winner’s sole and exclusive remedy in connection with the Prize, and the Promoter shall have no further liability.
The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize including (for example) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize. If the winner or companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian (at their own expense). Economy flights will include luggage, luggage weight is dependent on airline and availability at time of booking. Exact travel dates, accommodation details, and itinerary are subject to confirmation by the Promoter and may be subject to change. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
The Winner and their guest must hold valid passports and any required travel authorisation (including ESTA or visa) for entry to the United States. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any Winner or guest who is unable to travel or gain entry to the United States for any reason, including but not limited to:

(i) refusal, denial, revocation or cancellation of visa, ESTA or other travel authorisation;

(ii) denial of entry at the port of entry or border control;

(iii) failure to meet United States entry requirements or immigration restrictions;

(iv) criminal record or other personal circumstances affecting eligibility to travel; or

(v) failure to obtain adequate travel insurance or vaccinations.

In any such circumstances, the Prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative or compensation will be provided.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results). and will contact that Participant by phone at approximately 16.30pm on 12 June 2026. The selected Participant will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. The selected Participant must personally answer the call and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize, to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize. Winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.
If, the time of the call:

(i) the selected Participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds;

(ii) another person answers the call;

(iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;

(iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;

(v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving);

(vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected Participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback); or

(vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;

the selected Participant will forfeit their chance to win.

In the event the selected participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).
The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. The Promoter will not call back on an alternative number. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
With the selected Participant’s consent, the call may be switched to a video call; however, this is not obligatory. The call may be broadcast live on any part of the Platform, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than ten (10) days after the Prize has been accepted. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate and complete. Subject to verification, the Winner will be paid within 10 business days from providing their bank details.

General

The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.
Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with adidas or the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).
Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion.
The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
